Health

In Africa, several lives are lost due to preventable diseases and non-life-threatening conditions. It is disheartening that Africa continues to lead the rest of the world in the annual incidence of maternal & infant mortality. The problem is not a lack of understanding of the disease’s etiology or appropriate standard clinical practices, but rather access to quality health services and effective strategies to reverse these trends. We strive to provide solutions to meet the diverse healthcare needs of sub-Saharan Africa through our Medical Care Access Initiative (MCAI).

o

Education

Sub-Saharan Africa has the highest rate of education exclusion globally, according to the UN. Nearly 60% of youth aged 15 to 17 are not in school. The Tess Foundation Academy initiative is dedicated to providing unhindered access to quality education to young people of sub-Saharan Africa
