Who We Are
The TESS Foundation is an African-based 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization incorporated in New Jersey, USA, and registered in Nigeria (by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)), as The TESS Health and Education Foundation Africa, by a group of professionals to enable rural community development by utilizing state-of-the-art technology in improving access to quality healthcare and education across Sub-Saharan Africa.
We provide community-based solutions to rural African communities in commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030 (SDGs 3&4) – which outlines several health and education- targets. The TESS Foundation is a sister organization to Xcene Research, an innovative contract research organization in the clinical trial space, providing full-service support to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical service companies.
The TESS Foundation aims to build on the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) successes achieved across Africa by addressing the growing need for equitable and sustainable developments while bridging the gap in health, education, economic and social growth across underfunded demography, thereby benefiting all rural communities across Sub-Sahara Africa. We pledge to address the healthcare and education needs of underprivileged persons by implementing effective, measurable, and sustainable programs.
We believe that our founding structure, which focuses on Providing Access to Healthcare and Education in Africa (P.A.H.E Africa) will create a fertile environment in sub-Saharan Africa for this and future generations.
